Rescued from deep in the bush on a clients property with branches and weeds growing through it, this canoe gets to adventure again. After cleaning off all the lichen, dirt, and old patches, the hull was in rough shape with many punctures, most of them in the bow and after chambers. The process involed lots of sanding and grinding, filling with foam, carving the foam to shape, cutting out fibre glass patches, smothering in fibreglass fairing compound, sanding sanding sanding, painting, and resassembly. Very rewarding process.
